Through his own experience, he saw the value—but also the complexity—of building offshore operations.
In 2022, when Vinny needed to create a new offshore team for a UK client,
he returned to India.
What he found was a system that was… complicated:

He brought in Caspar Dean and Matt Fletcher to help navigate it.
Together, they tackled everything—from sourcing talent to setting up space—only to learn the hard way that doing it right means starting over.

In early 2023, they met Himanshu Sethi, founder of
Zouma Consultancy in India. That meeting
changed everything.
Zouma brought the on-the-ground expertise the team needed—combined with shared values and an operational mindset.
