Vinny Hira

Vinny Hira is the founder and visionary leader of Koncept Offshore. With over a decade of experience managing teams in both the UK and India, Vinny knows better than most how challenging it can be to scale a business while maintaining quality and control. Early in his career, he worked in leadership roles that involved building and managing remote teams, giving him an inside look at the cultural, logistical, and compliance challenges that came with offshoring.
In 2022, a client engagement brought him back to India to build a new offshore team from scratch. Despite his experience, the process was frustratingly complex—setting up entities, navigating local employment laws, managing payroll, and sourcing physical space. That experience sparked a bold question: Why isn’t there a simple model that makes this easier for growing UK businesses?

That’s when Koncept Offshore was born.

As CEO, Vinny sets the overall direction and works directly with UK clients to understand their goals and challenges. His hands-on leadership and sharp commercial instincts ensure that every offshore solution is tailored, transparent, and scalable. He’s passionate about building long-term partnerships—not just solving short-term needs.
He brought in Caspar Dean and Matt Fletcher to help navigate it.
Together, they tackled everything—from sourcing talent to setting up space—only to learn the hard way that doing it right means starting over.

Matt Fletcher

Matt Fletcher is the operational force behind Koncept Offshore. With a background in building service teams and implementing scalable delivery systems, Matt ensures that every offshore team performs like a high-functioning extension of the client’s business.

Matt’s expertise lies in creating the repeatable processes that allow teams to succeed at scale—without the usual growing pains. He builds the infrastructure behind the scenes: onboarding, performance tracking, workflows, SOPs, communication loops, and review systems. His goal? To make things work smoothly, even when no one’s watching.

At Koncept, Matt owns the delivery side of the business. He works closely with client teams to ensure expectations are not just met—but exceeded. He also leads our internal operations, ensuring our offshore workforce is trained, managed, and continuously improving.

Caspar Dean

Caspar Dean is the creative strategist behind the Koncept Offshore brand. As Chief Marketing Officer, he leads all outreach, brand storytelling, client education, and content strategy. Caspar’s role is to bridge the gap between what we do and why it matters to UK businesses.

Offshoring still carries a lot of misconceptions—many founders believe it’s only for large enterprises or that it means sacrificing quality for cost. Caspar works to change that narrative. He helps business owners see that offshoring can be strategic, smart, and aligned with their values, if done right.

Caspar also builds partnerships with recruitment firms, agencies, and advisors who are looking for better, simpler ways to scale their business models using offshore support.

Himanshu Sethi

Himanshu Sethi is the engine powering Koncept Offshore’s operations in India. As the founder of Zouma Consultancy, Himanshu had already spent years helping international businesses set up in India before partnering with Koncept. He brings deep expertise in Indian compliance, HR, payroll, infrastructure, and IT security—the stuff that keeps offshore operations legal, stable, and scalable.

As CTO, Himanshu oversees everything from physical office management and local hiring to secure access setups, VPNs, and GDPR compliance. His team ensures every Koncept client gets a tech-ready, fully compliant offshore team, with zero risk and maximum reliability.

He doesn’t just build systems—he builds trust. For UK clients, that means peace of mind that their offshore operations are running legally, securely, and professionally—without them needing to be experts in Indian regulations.
